How to use your answers
Treat each answer as a filter, not a permanent decision. Placement sets the available shape, size controls how much detail can remain, and style determines line weight, contrast and colour. If one choice conflicts with another, simplify the subject or compare a larger body area.
Open two or three result pages and save references for different reasons. One image might show the flow you want, another the amount of open space, and a third the palette. Write those reasons down before your consultation so the artist can combine the useful qualities without copying a tattoo.
What the quiz does not decide
It does not choose an artist, estimate a final price or replace a stencil fitting. Those depend on the drawing, body area and individual studio. The result is a short visual brief that makes the first conversation more specific. You can change any answer by following a different real link.
Review the shortlist again after a day and remove references you cannot explain. A smaller set with clear reasons gives the artist more direction than dozens of images that share only a trend or subject name.
